I wonder whether it’s a replica. Apart from a wheelbase 32 centimetres shorter, the Sport Quattro has the slightly more upright windscreen (and doors) of the Audi 80 two-door saloon, to prevent reflections and make it easier to see t h r o u g h in fog, for instance.

Would make a nice service barge for any Audi competing in historic rallying. I n f a c t Audi did use Avants as fast barges (probably with lots of swappable rally-spec components).
